Movie Screening Notes from College

Image
This is a collection screening notes assignments I did for a college course. Unfortunately, I was late for two of them and wasn't able to submit them, thus flunking them. I don't want my hard work on all this to go to waste though so I'm sharing all of my screening notes here. I can't guarantee that they're examples of high quality film analysis or whatever, but I can only judge so much about things. Have a look at them if you'd like. Judge for yourself. Screening Notes 1: Modern Times Screening Notes 2: Bicycle Thief (aka "Bicycle Thieves") Screening Notes 3: Who Framed Roger Rabbit? Screening Notes 4: Daisies Screening Notes 5: Akira Screening Notes 6: Tron

Random Order Reviews: Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! - "Decoy for a Dognapper"

Image
Season:  1 Episode:  5 Era:  '60s (see "Additional Notes" for more info) Plot:  The Mystery Gang (or Mystery Inc. or whatever you're gonna call them) has to stop a dognapper from dognapping dogs (who are not napping.) This dognapper pretends to be an In-- oh, sorry, a Native American witch doctor or something (yeah, the sixties were a different time) who also has the assistance of the "Ghost of Geronimo". Thoughts: This episode was pretty decent. I don't know exactly how much there is to say about it, but I think it was interesting in some ways. Since this is the first review covering Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! (uh, shouldn't the final punctuation be a question mark in this instance? Eh, whatever), I'll talk about some overall general thoughts regarding the series as well as the company behind it, Hanna-Barbera. In my opinion, I'd say Scooby-Doo is particularly exceptional among the Hanna-Barbera catalog because it takes some more artistic

I'm 20 now

Yay I removed my age from the about section because I don't want to have to keep updating it. :P

Filler post

Apologies for my absence. I've been busy with multiple different things in life. Still trying to sort things out. Hopefully that'll happen sooner or later. Anyways, I just want to assure people that stuff is still in the works. More "Random Order Reviews" will come out, a follow-up post to the post I made about Roblox will also come out (because I've played Roblox now), a similar analysis post about Fortnite will be made, and other things in general will come out. Maybe some more "Posts of Petitions" or fundraiser awareness stuff. Or maybe more shameless self-promo posts like for my Patreon (haha got ya) or stuff like that. In any case, stuff will come out. I assure all of you, however many of you there are (probably not many but I guess I never really know, do I?) Stuff will come out. That's all. Have a good day or night.

A guy who doesn't play Roblox talks about Roblox

Roblox is a well-known name in modern gaming. Alongside games such as Minecraft and Fortnite , it's arguably one of the biggest multiplayer games out there. Despite this, it has somewhat of a mixed reception among people. Many might praise its values of creativity and entertainment, but it's also had its share of controversy in recent times due to multiple scandalous actions which either have taken place within or at least are related to it. Some of these are made worse by the fact that Roblox has advertised itself towards children. I've known about Roblox for some time. I've generally seen it as either more or less okay and somewhat interesting but not as good as Minecraft . One particular aspect of Minecraft that makes it superior to Roblox is that it's generally more decentralized. You can play Minecraft offline and in singleplayer, whereas Roblox leaves you with less to do on your own. This isn't to say that Roblox has no advantages; Roblox being a

It's Star Wars Day and Bird Day Apparently

I like both of these things so I guess I'll just share this: Remember that? I remember that. May the 4th bird be with you or something idk.
